We are hope you are coming to Christian Ministries Adventure Day at Lake Houston Wilderness Park on Saturday, October 10th from 9A - 4:30P. Our heart is to see the whole family, if possible, to join in the fun all together.
After you have registered, you can make payment through Zelle, Check, or Cash. Forgot how much you owe? No problem. In your inbox should be your registration confirmation from JOTFORM. Within that email will be your balance. If you cannot find it, simply text the church and one of our team members will provide you with that info.
We cannot wait for a full day of fun near the lake. Bring your water bottles, a change of clothes (if wading/swimming in Peach Creek), and your entry fee of $3 per person paid upon arrival.

We are so glad you are joining us for CMC Adventure Day at Lake Houston Wilderness Park! We are looking forward to a full day of outdoor fun, exploring, and spending time together as a church family.
**Please note: There will be no overnight camping at this facility. Our heart is to have the whole family join us for the day and enjoy the activities together.
Payment
Now that you are registered, you can make your payment to the church through Zelle, check, or cash.
Forgot how much you owe? No problem! Your Jotform registration confirmation email should include your balance. If you cannot find it, simply text the church and someone from our team can provide that information.
Your payment to the church covers the provided meals:

- Lunch
**There are also additional park/activity fees that are paid separately at the park.
Park Entrance Fee
Lake Houston Wilderness Park charges a $3 admission fee per person for ages 13–64.
This fee is paid individually at the park and is separate from your payment to the church.
9:00 AM Fishing Activity
We will have a 9:00 AM fishing activity available for those who would like to participate.
Fishing is limited to 20 participants and is first come, first served.
If your child or family member wants to participate, we recommend arriving early enough to be ready for the 9:00 AM start.
Archery
Archery will also be available during A dventure Day.
Archery Guidelines
Ages 8 and up are eligible to participate.
All participants who plan to shoot must pay a $3 archery fee in addition to the park entrance fee.
The archery fee is paid by card only at the Nature Center.
Participants must also sign a waiver.
You must complete payment and the waiver at least 15 minutes before your scheduled archery program in order to participate that day.
Please allow additional time to drive from the Nature Center to the Archery Range after checking in.
Anyone who is not participating in archery may still be at the range without paying the $3 shooting fee.
Participants may bring their own bows but must still follow all range rules.
Each archery program can accommodate a maximum of 20 people.
An adult must accompany all participants under 18.

Peach Creek & What to Bring
We will have time to explore and enjoy Peach Creek, so come prepared for outdoor fun!
Please bring:
- Water bottle
- Change of clothes
- Shoes appropriate for outdoor activities
- Swimsuit or clothes you don't mind getting wet
- Sunscreen
- Bug spray
- Anything else your family may need for a full day outdoors
